Participants should therefore assume that information voluntarily shared during a group session may be heard or viewed by other authorised Program participants.

Individual sessions

Individual coaching sessions may be recorded for service delivery, review, quality, administration and related legitimate purposes.

Individual recordings are ordinarily accessible only to the relevant Client and authorised Visionary Ecom personnel and are not ordinarily shared with other Clients.

Marketing use

We may use anonymised or non-identifying information derived from sessions for legitimate business and marketing purposes where lawful.

We will obtain any additional consent or other lawful basis required by applicable law before using clearly identifiable video, audio, image, likeness or testimonial content in advertising or promotional materials.

Participants should avoid disclosing unnecessary sensitive personal information during recorded sessions.

7. Client Results and Case Studies

We may process Client business results in order to evaluate our Services and demonstrate Client outcomes.

Where legally permitted, anonymised or aggregated results may be used for:
